Bryan Tyson — a 7x Platinum, 6x Gold record producer — needed a digital presence that matched his legacy. No existing platform could capture the weight of 25+ years in music.

Approach

Built a full recording studio platform from scratch: booking system, Stripe payments, auto-generated social posts after deposit, and a gravity funnel that drives organic referrals.

Result

99/100 Real Experience Score on Vercel Speed Insights. First attempt. Production-ready. Client immediately began referring new business.

Challenge

Build a provably fair, real-time PvP card wagering platform on Solana that handles high-volume transactions with sub-second response times.

Approach

Architected the entire stack: strategic card game mechanics, Solana smart contracts via Anchor, real-time WebSocket gameplay, AI bot system for play-on-demand, and a modular NPM package suite for reuse.

Result

$50,000/hour handle in closed beta with sub-500ms global response times and capacity for 50,000+ concurrent users. Self-funded.

Create aligned incentives between a gaming platform and its community through on-chain revenue sharing.

Approach

Designed a 555-supply NFT collection with two tiers — 111 Immortal Druids (15% revenue share) and 444 Standard Druids (5%) — with automated on-chain distributions from all Savage Studio ventures.

Result

$90,000+ in pre-launch sales. Holders received close to $100/day at peak. 20% of net platform revenue distributed to community.

Build a legitimate, multi-jurisdictional corporate structure for on-chain gaming that satisfies regulatory requirements across multiple countries.

Approach

Established Savage Studio S.R.L. in Costa Rica (operations) and Savage Studio Holdings Inc. in Delaware (IP holding). Built the team, managed operations, and developed the full product suite.

Result

Self-funded to ~$200K invested. Multi-product ecosystem: GOALPOST.GG, DRUIDAO, BONES, and the Savage NPM package suite.
